Non Return Valve - Features

DUAL PLATE WAFER TYPE CDP5
• Most compact in width; needs minimal space between 2 flanges.
• Lighter in weight – so can be easier to use between plastic flanges.
• Water hammer effect is minimized as closure of valves is not dependent on back pressure or flow.
• Dual Spring on each flap ensures that the valve opens and closes at minimal pressure.

SPRING LOADED CHECK VALVE CSP3
• Low weight plastic disc helps reduce the pressure drop and needs minimal pressure to actuate it.
• Suitable for both horizontal and vertical lines.

SWING (FLAP) TYPE CSW2
• Maximized bore area to minimize the pressure drop.
• Nitrile seal on flap to give drop tight seal even at low reverse pressure.

Non return valve allows Flow in one direction and stops reverse flow.

CDP5 – Dual plate wafer type check valve

Most suitable where Water hammer is expected as in pump outlet delivering to overhead tank.

Sizes – 50 mm to 300 mm

CSP3 – Spring type (brass) check valve

Can be installed in horizontal or vertical lines; most suited for lower sizes upto 50mm

Sizes – 15 mm to 50 mm

CSW2 – Swing type (brass) check valve

Most suited where reverse back pressure are low and where minimal pressure drop i desired; of all the 3 types, swing check assures maximum flow.

Sizes – 15 mm to 65 mm
